How to do Miva Merchant Maintenance

1. Put your store in Maintenance Mode
   A. Click on the Triangle next to "Stores".
   B. Click on "Your Store Name".
   C. On the Right Hand Panel click on the "Maintenance Mode" link.
   D. Click on the Offline Radio Button.
   E. Set the time to the current time as shown.
   F. Click on "Update" in the Bottom Right Hand Corner of the Right Hand Panel.
 
2. Click on the Triangle next to "Your Store Name".
 
3. Click on the Triangle next to "Utilities".
 
4. Click on "Delete Expired Shopping Baskets".
 
5. Select your choices on the Right Hand Panel.
 
6. Click on "Delete" on the Right Hand Panel.
 
7. Click on "Pack Data Files".
 
8. Click on the Triangle next to "Utilities" right under the "Pack Data Files" link.
 
9. Click on "Pack Data Files" under the second "Utilities" link.
 
10. Put your store back On-line.
 
     A. Click on the Triangle next to "Stores".
     B. Click on "Your Store Name".
     C. On the Right Hand Panel click on the "Maintenance Mode" link.
     D. Click on the Online Radio Button.
     F. Click on "Update" in the Bottom Right Hand Corner of the Right Hand Panel.
 
Maintenance is now done.
